Biographical Sketch
Swetha is a senior at The University of Texas at San Antonio studying Public Health with a minor in Biology. She started volunteering at the NRLC in the Fall of 2014 and decided to pursue her Honor’s Thesis on “Determining if Phosphatidylethanol Levels Can Predict “Real World” Drinking Patterns.” Upon graduation, Swetha aspires to pursue a Master’s in Public Health and attend medical school.
In addition to her education and growing interest in research, Swetha remains active within the UTSA Honors College and holds leadership positions with the UTSA Ambassadors as Coordinator and Alpha Epsilon Delta (Honors Pre-Medical Society) as Treasurer.
