Biographical Sketch
Cecily is currently working as as Applications Programmer - Intermediate in support of the NRLC's clinical and research operations.
Prior to joining the NRLC, Cecily obtained her Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University, where she focused on Business Intelligence. After graduating, she spent three years developing and testing various PeopleSoft software solutions for both Accenture Federal Services and Sandia National Laboratories.
