Biographical Sketch
Otniel is a Research Area Specialist on a longitudinal study measuring adolescent substance use and the development of impulse control.
Prior to working at the NRLC, he was a Research Assistant for Project SEED at UT Austin, which focused on the social, emotional, and educational development of bilingual English-Spanish adolescents that translate for their monolingual Spanish parents.
